- Good evening girls. I hope you've all had fabulous weeks whatever you've been up to. As you know from last week's ramble, I had a lot of hours at work, hence the lack of blogging, and I've got the same this week, but I've also got so many post ideas so I'm going to hopefully get a lot done today and on Tuesday (my day off!). Thank you for your support regarding the girl at work who keeps taking extra long lunches. It turned out a few people were annoyed at this, so I had a word with my manager and she's going to keep an eye on her.
- On Friday, I went to visit my great grandad. I normally only see him on his birthday, but my family decided to surprise him and he was so happy to see us. He really is an amazing man, and I idolise him so much. He also told me the most amazing quote and I will remember it forever. He said "I'll eat when I'm hungry, I'll drink when I'm dry, I'll cry when I'm sad, and I'll sing when I'm happy. And if you don't like me, you can leave me alone" <3
- I'm very excited for the #bbloggers chat tonight on Twitter. I'm sure you've all heard of it but if you haven't then get involved - you will learn so much. Tonight's topic is photography, which I think is great as I think it will help those, like myself, who don't have an expensive camera and Photoshop. (I use a Blackberry/N8 phone camera and Picnik! And I think most of my photos come out just as good sometimes.
- Blog of the week: This week, I'd like to mention Sofia's Journal. I am currently sponsoring her blog, and you'll see my little badge in her sidebar, but I seriously love her posts. I read her blog almost every time I'm on the laptop and I find myself going further back to her older posts and reading about so many amazing things. Definitely check out her blog!
Some phones are great for pictures, my phone cam is epic tbf xxxx
ReplyDeleteThat's a really inspirational quote, kudos to your Grandad! I agree about still being able to take and produce decent pictures without using a massive fancy camera and Photoshop too :) x
